Return Policy for Music by Mattie

At Music by Mattie, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of digital goods, we have a no-return policy for all our digital items. This policy is in place because digital products are deemed “used” after download or opening. However, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have outlined circumstances under which exceptions can be made.

Exceptions to the No-Return Policy

  1. Purchase Error: If you have purchased the same product multiple times by accident, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your purchase. We will review your case and process a refund for the duplicate purchase(s).

  2. Non-Delivery: If for any reason you do not receive the digital product after your purchase has been confirmed, contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and ensure the product is delivered to you promptly. Non-delivery claims must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
